Christifer M. Schmuck, 34, of 179 Corona St., Springfield, received three months suspended sentence to the House of Correction with one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, ordered to pay $136.86 in restitution by September 1, ordered to received substance abuse evaluation/treatment and be subjected to random drug/alcohol testing after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct and destruction of property under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Brian D. Sanders, 44, of 18 Wilson Ave., had charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police, converted to a civil offense at arraignment and ordered to pay a $100 civil fine.
