Kalie I. Dearing, 21, of 18 McKinley Terrace, Apt. 2, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from victim after charges of assault and battery were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Raynna S. Crump, 27, of 34 Elmdale St., 1st Floor/Right, West Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending an August 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Joshua M. Patten, 26, of 10 Spring St., had charges of shoplifting by asportation continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $150 due by September 29, brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey Larock, 57, of 21 Chester St., West Springfield, had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $200 due by September 10, charges of number plate violation to conceal identify dismissed and was found not responsible for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Edwin Rosario, Jr., 37, of 275 Main St., #402, Holyoke, received one-year probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation, ordered to receive substance abuse evaluation/treatment and be subjected to random drug testing after charges of possession to distribute a Class B drug were continued without finding and charges of possession to distribute a Class D drug, brought by Westfield police, were dismissed for plea purposes.
Kenneth W. Francis, 35, of 51 Walter St., Chicopee, received six-months suspended sentence to the House of Correction with probation to June 30, 2017 and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor breaking and entering, vandalizing property and trespass, and received one year suspended sentence to House of Correction after pleading guilty to larceny under $250, brought by Southwick police.
