Timothy M. Jones, 40, of 164 Windsor Street, West Springfield, received 18 months to the House of Correction, time served, balance suspended, one year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, ordered to pay $3,850 in restitution and ordered to stay away from the victim after pleading guilty to three counts of larceny over $250 by single scheme and had 16 charges dismissed, as follows: two counts of identify fraud, utter false check, larceny under $250 by false pretense, two counts of larceny over $250 by single scheme, three counts of improper use of credit card under $250, five counts of improper use of credit card over $250, forgery of check and larceny of firearm; received a 305-day concurrent sentence to the House of Correction with probation revoked for previous charges after pleading guilty at arraignment to separate charges of felony breaking and entering a vehicle/boat at nighttime, taking a number plate and possessing burglarious instruments, brought by Westfield police.
Luis A. Rodriguez, 42, of 21 Marble St., Apt. 2nd, Springfield, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a September 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of utter false prescription, brought by Westfield police.
Norman R. Stolzenberg, 73, of 12 Grandview St., Southwick, was released in lieu of $40 bail pending a July 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage, brought by Southwick police.
Anthony McGregor, 26, of 307 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
Jesse Caisse, 44, of 739 Holyoke Road, was denied bail after a pretrial detention hearing on charges of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
Alvaro Flores, 55, of 28 St. James Ave., Holyoke, had charges of lights violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Jeanne Axenroth, 29, of 87 Franklin St., #1, had charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property over $250 brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim failed to prosecute.
