1:58 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, N. Elm Street, Threasure Sparks, 39, of 186 Quincy St., Springfield, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, and not having an inspection sticker;
2:55 a.m.: structure fire, 113 Franklin St., dual response;
9:32 a.m.: two-vehicle accident, 14 Mill St. at 115 W. Silver St., one person transported to Noble Hospital and one person refused treatment, 2007 Hyundai and 2010 Honda towed from scene;
1:54 p.m.: downed lines, 39 Coolidge Ave., referred to other agency;
4:12 p.m.: robbery, Green Avenue, Encarnacion J. Alvarado, 40, of no known address, arrested on charges of armed robbery (razor knife), threat to commit crime (murder) and an outstanding warrant; see Friday’s and Saturday’s Westfield News for more information;
4:24 p.m.: two-vehicle accident, 240 Union St. at 340 Springdale Road, one transported to Noble Hospital, 2007 Nissan and 2013 Nissan towed from scene;
5:06 p.m.: tree down, vicinity of Loomis Fargo, 38 Ponders Hollow Road, referred to other agency.
