Amanda Giroux, 24, of 707 Carew St., Springfield, had charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle continued without finding, to be dismissed upon payment of $50, and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Kerri C. Houston, 41, of 126 Union St., Apt. 1216, received three months probation and ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation or perform community service after charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license were continued without finding, brought by Russell State Police.
Zacary Fournier, 24, of 39 Rugby St., Holyoke, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250 by single scheme, larceny of credit card and larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Nicholas Rivera, 49, of 419 Montcalm St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 17 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny from a person, brought by Westfield police.
Michael D. LeBlanc, 27, of 13 Lakeshore Drive, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of wanton destruction of property over $250, brought by Southwick police.
Ronald P. St. Marie, 36, of 288 Buck Pond Road, received six months probation, ordered to pay $50 per month while on probation and ordered to stay away from the victim after charges of violating an abuse prevention order were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
