11:12 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Southbound Routes of 10 and 202, 130 Elm St., Orlando Colon, 44, of 110 Lincoln St., Apt. #4L, Springfield, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and improper registration;
11:39 a.m.: accident, Wendy’s, 6 Southampton Road, minor property damage;
12:12 p.m.: accident, vicinity of 264 Buck Pond Road, vehicle struck guard rail and concrete post, which dislodged the bumper along with the license plate, no injuries;
12:20 p.m.: assault, Dunkin’ Donuts, 475 Southampton Road, road rage incident, see Wednesday’s Westfield News for full story;
2:32 p.m.: larceny, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar, 441 E. Main St., resident reported her daughter’s cell phone was stolen while she was parked at this location;
2:36 p.m.: tree down, McDonald’s, 182 N. Elm St., services rendered;
4:32 p.m.: well-being check, resident transported to Noble with scrapes and lacerations from crashing his bike during the rain storm;
4:34 p.m.: accident, Westfield Wok, 205 Elm St., minor property damage;
4:39 p.m.: disturbance, Meadow Street, fist fight between known parties, no medical attention needed, victim didn’t press charges;
5:43 p.m.: accident, YMCA of Westfield, 67 Court St., minor property damage;
10:59 p.m.: suspicious person, Washington House, Richard F. Carroll, 35, of 16 Washington St., Apt. 225, arrested on charges of possession of Class B drug;
11:34 p.m.: accident, Fowler Street, investigated.
