12:33 a.m.: accident, 19 Arch Road at 2 Southampton Road, vehicle off the roadway, into the trees, on its roof, on the railroad tracks; patient extricated out of the vehicle and transported to Baystate Medical Center, see Thursday’s Westfield News for full story;
4:50 a.m.: animal complaint, 359 Montgomery Road at 33 Russellville Road, caller reported two to three cows in the roadway, owner brought two cows inside;
5:01 a.m.: reported death, Arbors Apartments, 84-year-old woman on hospice found deceased;
2:49 p.m.: assault, Skyline Services, 292 Lockhouse Road, two truck drivers got into a disagreement; Taiwan Lee, 43, of 251 Osborn St. Apt. 6D, Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon to wit a bottle;
5:30 p.m.: forgery/counterfeiting, Ryans Liquors, 31 Franklin St., employee reported that on two separate occasions a male came in with fake IDs attempting to purchase alcohol;
5:34 p.m.: two-vehicle accident, Riverside Drive, no injuries, no tows;
6:31 p.m.: traffic/motor vehicle complaint, Westfield Auto & Truck Center, 86 Medeiros Way, an unsecured 4-year-old observed in back seat of a vehicle, Xiomi Fernandez, 24, of 308 Berkshire Ave., Springfield was arrested on charges of two outstanding warrants and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license;
11:38 p.m.: report of fire/smoke, Parker Ave., dual response, outside fire extinguished.
