Tristen D. Pearson, 20, of 221 Bay St., Apt. #106, Springfield, was released on his own recognizance pending a September 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of distributing a Class D drug, brought by Westfield police.
Travaughn M. Gibson, 23, of 1424 Bay St., Springfield, received a six-month sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to charges of possessing a class B drug and furnishing false name/SSN to arresting officer and had charges of defrauding a restaurant, brought by Westfield police dismissed.
Daniel W. Bateman, 29, 7 Free St., received time served from July 15, after pleading guilty to charges of resisting arrest, furnishing false name/SSN to arresting officer and disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police.
Aaron P. Rosenfield, 28, of 353 South Lane, Granville, received a 60-day sentence to the House of Correction after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was found not responsible for speeding, brought by Westfield police.
Justin M. Cressotti, 30, of 48 St. James Ave., Apt. 3, Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance, pending a September 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 from a 60+/disabled person and nine counts of utter false check, brought by Westfield police.
Jeffrey R. Asher, 27, of 474 Hazard Ave., Enfield, Connecticut, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a September 14 hearing after being arraigned on charges of malicious destruction of property under $250, larceny from a building, larceny over $250, cruelty to animal and threatening to commit a crime, brought by State Police Russell.
Wendy J. Woods, 55, of 246 Main St., #8, Manchester, New Hampshire, was sentenced to three months in the House of Correction, with credit for time served from June 18 to July 16 after pleading guilty to larceny under $250 and was sentenced to a concurrent 30-day sentence in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Nairoby Melendez, 30, of 216 Oak Grove Ave., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding, brought by State Police Russell.
Matthew Long, 41, of 20 Thomas Road, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an August 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, state highway signal/sign/markings violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Keith A. Lamontagne, 47, of 15 Madison St., Apt. 3, was released on his personal recognizance pending a September 2 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery on a +60/disabled with injury, brought by Westfield police.
