PORTSMOUTH, NH: Kathryn “Chickie” M. Cline (Meagher) 84, of Portsmouth, NH was born on January 31, 1931 in Westfield, Massachusetts and passed on August 17, 2015 in her home surrounded by her family. Her passing was much like how she lived her life, with dignity, grace and humor.
She was predeceased by her mother Marion G. and her father Sylvester L. Meagher.
Kathryn leaves behind her beloved husband of 64 years, Paul G. Cline of Portsmouth, NH, and five much-loved children, Judith A. Hunter of Glencliff, NH, Lynda J. Cline-Frey of Portsmouth, NH, Mary E. Taylor and her husband Bob, of St. Johns Island, S. Carolina, Paula Cline-Salisbury and her husband Ethan, of Dover, NH and Paul J. Cline and his best online casino wife Bernadette, of Saint Petersburg, FL. She leaves her brother, Paul J. Meagher of Westfield, MA, her sister Ruth Puza of Portsmouth, NH and 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren all of whom she adored.
A celebration service will be held at St. Catherine’s Church, 845 Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth, NH on Friday, August 21 at 10:00 am.
