12:49 a.m.: assault, Municipal Parking Lot, Franklin Street, victim said he was in a fight with an unknown person but didn’t want to press charges;
2:07 a.m. accident, 15 Cedar Lane, minor property damage;
6:30 a.m.: burglary/breaking & entering, Ponders Hollow Custom Wood Flooring & Millwork, 16 Ponders Hollow Road, employee reported that someone smashed an office window of the building, he does not believe anything was taken but it appears someone was going through things in the building;
7:23 a.m.: burglary/breaking & entering, Ridgecrest Road, resident reported jewelry missing;
12:37 p.m.: accident, 342 Union St., car vs. tree motor vehicle accident, driver conscious but not fully alert, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital, Department of Public Works contacted to clear tree limbs from roadway and Water Department notified since a fire hydrant was sheared off at the base 20 feet into the woods;
1:14 p.m.: property found, City Cab, 27 Orange St., cell phone found in back of a cab;
1:22 p.m.: larceny, Stop & Shop Supermarket, 57 Main St., loss prevention representative called police to report that approximately two days ago two Keurig coffee machines were stolen, police to review security footage;
1:27 p.m.: accident, Freightliner, 910 Southampton Road, caller reported he was conducting a test drive after performing a repair and struck a low bridge, needed police report per company policy;
1:29 p.m.: sex offenses, Westfield Police Department, investigated/report taken;
1:58 p.m.: shoplifting, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, investigated;
4:10 p.m.: accident, 60 E. Silver St., minor property damage;
4:53 p.m.: larceny, Kimberly Hatch Photography, 77 Mill St., caller reported seeing a woman take business cards and a business card holder and put them in her shirt;
6:26 p.m.: accident, 132 Main St. at 177 Meadow St., minor property damage;
8:10 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, Mechanic Street, Tyler E. Guenette, 21, of 37 Kelso Ave., West Springfield, arrested on charges of outstanding warrant and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license;
9:40 p.m.: liquor law violations, 37 Arnold St. at 6 Summer St., ordinance violation issued;
9:53 p.m.: liquor law violations, Colonial Pine Acres, 50 Southampton Road, ordinance violation issued;
9:59 p.m.: liquor law violations, Arnold Street, ordinance violation issued;
10:40 p.m.: liquor law violations, 63 Washington St. at 54 Franklin St. F, ordinance violation issued;
10:43 p.m.: college-related disturbance, 5 Clark St., Apt. #1FL, ordinance violation issued;
10:49 p.m.: liquor law violations, 14 Franklin St., ordinance violation issued;
10:53 p.m.: liquor law violations, The Green, Park Square, ordinance violation issued;
11:06 p.m.: liquor law violations, Bank of America, 10 Main St., ordinance violation issued;
11:20 p.m.: liquor law violations, Rental Apartments (College Renters), 38 Mechanic St., Dylan A Rizzo, 20, of 17 Harvard Dr., Milford, arrested on charges of person under 21 possessing liquor and consumption of alcohol in public;
11:24 p.m.: liquor law violations, Rental Apartments (College Renters), 38 Mechanic St., ordinance violation issued.
