2:18 a.m.:
motor vehicle violation, Cumberland Farms, 69 Main St., Eric E. Hopper, 41, of 107 Kensington Ave., Apt. #2R, Springfield was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license;
7:44 a.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Sherman Street Extension, investigated/report taken;
8:13 a.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Russell Road, resident reported his car was broken into overnight;
8:14 a.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Harold Avenue, resident reported a GPS unit and other items were stolen from her car overnight;
10:44 a.m.: accident, Powdermill Village, 126 Union St., minor property damage;
10:45 a.m.: animal complaint, 174 Montgomery Road, caller reported that a large black German Shepard ran out of a yard and the dog knocked him off his bicycle, caller went to Horizon Bike Shop and then to police department to report injuries to himself and damage to his bike;
11:41 a.m.: accident, Pine Hill Cemetery, Court Street, two-vehicle crash, no injuries, no tows;
2:03 p.m.: vandalism to motor vehicle, Elm Street Mobil, 181 Elm St., caller reported that while he waited in traffic a man threw rocks at his vehicle;
3:01 p.m.: accident, Chapel Street, minor property damage;
3:54 p.m.: identity fraud, Rachael Terrace, resident reported that credit card company told her there were fraudulent charges on her credit card;
4:33 p.m.: accident, Firtion Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad St., no injuries, no tow;
4:38 p.m.: accident, Bank of America ATM, 273 E. Main St., minor property damage;
4:43 p.m.: motor vehicle theft, Parker Avenue, resident reported that his Jeep was stolen;
4:54 p.m.: accident, 120 Franklin St. at 1 Allen Ave., minor property damage;
5:37 p.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Russell Road, resident reported that his vehicle was broken into and item were stolen;
8:52 p.m.: liquor law violations, Thomas Street, ordinance violation issued;
9:26 p.m.: liquor law violations, Municipal Parking lot, Arnold Street, east side, ordinance violation issued;
9:31 p.m.: liquor law violations, Municipal Parking lot, Arnold Street, east side, ordinance violation issued;
10:33 p.m.: drug/narcotic violations, 568 Southwick Road, Jacob A. Lisheness, 32, unconfirmed address, arrested on charges of trafficking cocaine in 36-100 grams and conspiracy to violate drug law, Selina M. Hine, 21, of 1430 Russell Road, arrested on charges of trafficking cocaine in 36-100 grams and conspiracy to violate drug law, and Angelina G. Pagano, 22, of 634 West Road, arrested on charges of trafficking cocaine in 36-100 grams and conspiracy to violate drug law, see full story in The Westfield News;
10:47 p.m.: liquor law violations, St. Mary’s High School, 27 Bartlett St., officers found youths in a vehicle in the parking lot and seized several containers of alcohol, two marijuana pipes and a small quantity of marijuana;
11:58 p.m.: disorderly conduct, Elm Street Mobil, 181 Elm St., Joshua Kratochvil, 30, of 243 Elm St., arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after he threw a bottle at the window of the station.
