Seth M. Benoit, 25, of 47A Taylor Ave., was released on $2,500 personal surety pending a November 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
John W. Abbott, 49, of 42 Arnold St., Apt. 302, received one-year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation and ordered to pay $250 in restitution after pleading guilty to assault and battery on a +60/disabled person with injury and had charges of assault with a dangerous weapon on +60/disabled person, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Alex G. Kellogg, 27, of 5 Sackett St., Apt. 1, had charges of assault and battery, violating an abuse prevention order and aggravated assault and battery dismissed after victim asserted Fifth Amendment rights, brought by Westfield police.
