Michael J. Cadello, 59, of 5 Jefferson, received a two-year suspended sentence to the House of Correction with probation till September 22, 2017 and required to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to open and gross lewdness, wanton and lascivious lewd conduct and witness/juror/police/court official intimidation, brought by Westfield police.
Anthony Velez, 30, of 306 Elm St., #7, was released on his personal recognizance pending a November 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of trespass, brought by Westfield police.
Allison Gabaree, 49, of 9 Cleveland Ave., 3rd Fl, had charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police, dismissed after victim failed to appear.
Patrick D. Millar, 31, of 1172 Huntington Road, Russell, was placed on a 90-day pretrial probation for charges of vandalizing property, brought by Westfield police.
Lawrence W. Bailey, Jr., 31, of 16 Severyn St., Wilbraham, was fined $150 after charges of marked lanes violation and improper operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding and had charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, brought by Russell State Police, dismissed.
James T. McCarthy, 33, of 11 Cedar St., Ludlow, received one-year probation, ordered to pay $65 per month while on probation, fined $707, received a 45-day loss of license and ordered to attend a drug/alcohol education program after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, amended to second or subsequent offense, and had charges of marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
