RUSSELL-Emily K. Mosher, 26, of Russell passed away peacefully on October 14, 2015 with family at her side. Emily, “Emma” daughter of Theresa (Whitaker) Mosher and David Mosher of Russell, was born in Springfield, MA on October 10, 1989. Emma leaves her older brother and sister, Matthew and Andrea Mosher of Russell, her paternal grandparents Roxanne and Chuck Mosher of Crystal River FL, maternal grandmother Edith Whitaker of Huntington and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was welcomed into Heaven’s gates by her maternal grandfather Rodney (Bub) Whitaker and good friend Derrick St. Jean. Emma was a proud pet parent and leaves behind her beloved dogs Brody and Kiera. As a child Emma loved to swim and ride her bike. She was a Massachusetts BMX girls state champion in 2001, loved to play hockey, plow snow with her ATV and was known as “Emma Fish” in her younger years. Emma will be fondly remembered as a spirited Patriots fan, animal lover and advocate, with a heart of gold. Her absence will be felt by many including her family, friends and co-workers.
