12:23 a.m.: assault, Whip City Pub, 287 N. Elm St., party reported a past assault
12:32 a.m.: accident, Elm Street at Bartlett Street, 2006 Nissan towed, one transported to Baystate Noble Hospital, DPW notified that Bartlett Street sign was knocked down;
2:20 a.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Elm Street Mobil, 181 Elm St., caller reported his vehicle, parked on Franklin Street, was broken into;
12:12 p.m.: vandalism, Greylock Street, caller reported that two youths approximately age 12 were observed throwing rocks causing damage to the windows of the Westfield Vocational Academy Construction Technology 3 Bay Garage building, youths brought home to their parents;
1:44 p.m.: larceny, State Street, caller reported $600 worth of Halloween decorations were stolen from front lawn;
5:32 p.m.: accident, Auto Zone, 200 E. Main St., 2015 Subaru Forester and 2003 Kia (towed), patient refused transport;
5:47 p.m.: report of fire/smoke, 120 Sandy Hill Road, dual response, one transported to Baystate Noble Hospital.
