, 18, of 132 Highland Ave., Mansfield, was sentenced to five hours of community service after being found responsible for disturbing the peace, brought by Westfield State University police.
Evan S. Lucey, 18, of 208 Westford St., Chelmsford, was fined $50 after being found responsible for charges of disturbing the peace, which were decriminalized, brought by Westfield State University police.
David A. Abrego, 19, of 21 Fells Ave., Milford, was fined $50 after being found responsible for charges of disorderly conduct, which were decriminalized, brought by Westfield police.
Felix Melendez, 46, of 86 Orange St., had charges of assault and battery with dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Kristen M. Halla, 23, of 108 Feeding Hills Road, was fined $100 after charges of trespass were continued without finding and had charges of felony breaking and entering building nighttime, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Yazmin Cruz, 35, of 158 Maple St., Springfield, was placed on three-months pretrial probation and ordered to pay $197.33 on charges of identity fraud, brought by Westfield police.
David Ronen, 61, of 49 Wilcox St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Aimee L. Turgeon, 23, of 29 Orange St., was placed on three-months pretrial probation on charges of reckless endangerment of a child, brought by Westfield police.
John B. Lutaba, 35, of 74 Donald St., Weymouth, was placed on six-months probation after charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding, was found not responsible for marked lanes violation, had charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor dismissed and charges of speeding dismissed upon payment of $100, brought by Westfield police.
Caitlain G. Lami, 29 of 50 Southampton Road, was placed on six-months probation after charges of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Edward Franklin, 52, of 1252 E. Otis Road, Blandford, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member and using motor vehicle without authority, brought by Russell State Police.
