10:35 a.m.: accident, Westfield Feed, 288 Union St., debris from a 2004 GMC Sierra fell out and struck the windshield of a 2000 Honda Accord, no injuries, no tows;
3:41 p.m.: accident, Discount Liquors, 95 Main St., one vehicle towed, patient refused transport;
5 p.m.: accident, Mass Air National Guard Bridge, 492 E. Main St., 2005 Chrysler Pacific (towed), 2008 Toyota Sienna and 2007 Mazda, no injuries;
5:06 p.m.: Governor’s Center, 66 Broad St., investigated allegations of verbal and physical abuse (nurse to resident);
11:49 p.m.: burglary/breaking and entering, Oakwood Terrace Apartments, 200 Southwick Road, resident reported someone broke into her home, latch torn off of door, wallet stolen and $1,200 in cash;
