Laura E. Foster, 55, of 138 Vining Hill Road, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a January 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of threat to commit a crime, brought by Southwick police.
Shawn Kelly, 34, of 52 Sampson St., Springfield, was sentenced to a 10-day suspended sentence to the House of Correction with probation till November 4, 2016 after pleading guilty to charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, brought by Westfield police.
Frank J. Gomes, III, 35, of 31 Courtland Place, Pittsfield, had charges of possession of heroin, brought by Westfield State Police, dismissed upon payment of $100.
Jose Oliveras, 25, of 31 Brown Ave., Holyoke, was fined $200 after charges of speeding were continued without finding and had charges of racing a motor vehicle by licensed operator, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Armando Mercado, 33 of 20 Jefferson St., was held without right to bail pending a November 24 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Westfield police.
Tanya Y. Jackson, 44, of 69 Dunmoreland St., Springfield, was placed on six months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding and had charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
