Kristina R. Kulwich, 34, of 348 Elms St., Westfield, was placed on six months probation and fined $350 after charges of violating an abuse prevention order were continued without finding, brought by Westfield police.
Viktor S. Ovcharenko, 49, of 50 Southampton Road, had charges of assault and battery on family/household member and violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police, dismissed at request of victim.
Tennison S. Clarke, 30, of 140 Union St., had charges of not having an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Jason S. Mongeau, 27, of 405 North Road, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a January 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on a family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
