2:51 p.m.: structure fire, Emma’s Everyday Gourmet Restaurant, 45 Washington St., dual response, fire extinguished;
5:18 p.m.: fraud, Walmart, 141 Springfield Road, caller reported she lost her credit card and discovered it was used at Walmart and other locations;
6:23 p.m.: breaking and entering motor vehicle, Security Manor, 47 Broad St., man reported someone broke into his car and stole his wallet;
9:28 p.m.: medical emergency, Montgomery Road, resident got his hand stuck in a meat grinder, transported to Baystate Medical Center.
