Brian D. Clark, 23, of 624 West Road, was placed on six-months pretrial probation on charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
Steven F. Maynard, 31, of no known address, was released on $2,000 personal surety pending a January 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Westfield police.
Anthony Colon, 28, of 31 Daniel St., Indian Orchard, was fined $35 after being found responsible for motor vehicle lights violation and had charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, subsequent offense, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Zachary Bishop, 22, of 22 Castle St., Southwick, was placed on one- year probation, fined $1,050 and received 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding and had charges of negligent operation of motor vehicle, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Owen Noel, 54, of 15 Dubois St., was released on $5,000 personal surety pending a January 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under age 14 and separate charges of three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under age 14 and indecent assault and battery on person 14 or over, brought by Westfield police.
Amara E. Cote, 22, of 20 Bartlett St., was fined $300 after being found responsible for charges of shoplifting over $100 by asportation, brought by Westfield police.
Wayne J. Dean, 32, of 120 Federal St. Ext., Agawam, was placed on one year probation and ordered to pay $1,500 in restitution after charges of receiving stolen property were continued without a finding and had separate charges of using a motor vehicle without authority, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Jastice Bolden, 18, of 128 Cheyenne Road, Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 15 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield State University police.
Daniel P. Donovan, 29, of 1222 Western Ave., was held in lieu of $100 cash pending a December 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts of assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Alexzy Villanueva, 36, of 769 Worthington St., Springfield, received a 90-day sentence to the House of Correction with credit for time served, after pleading guilty to larceny over $250, amended to larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Timothy J. Tracy, 52, of 18 Shore Road, Southwick, was held in lieu of $100 cash pending a December 30 hearing after being arraigned on charges of using a motor vehicle without authority, brought by Southwick police.
