Jamie L. Brown, 26,, of 198 North Lane, Granville, had charges of assault and battery with dangerous weapon dismissed without prejudice after victim failed to appear and had charges of disorderly conduct dismissed upon request of defendant, brought by Southwick police.
Alan W. Day, Jr., 54, of 52 Westfield St., West Springfield, received a one-year sentence to the House of Correction with credit for time served since July 24, 2015 after pleading guilty to larceny of credit card and improper use of credit card over $250 and had charges of two counts of improper use of credit card under $250 and larceny over $250 by single scheme, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Paula J. Greenough, 48, of 17 Renny Ave., Southwick, was held in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a January 7 hearing after being arraigned on charges of violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Southwick police.
Ronald G. Winstead, 44, of 85 Williams St. Springfield was placed on 90-days probation suspended till March 15, 2016 after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended subsequent offense and was found responsible for not having an inspection sticker, brought by Westfield police.
Brandon M. Matulewski, 27, of 31 Tekoa Road, Montgomery, was placed on 90-day pretrial probation for violating an abuse prevention order, brought by Russell State Police.
