Victoria P. Davis, 25, of 232 Sodom St., Granville, had charges of larceny from person over age 60 dismissed upon payment of $50, brought by Westfield police.
Mandy L. Minto, 38, of 38 Lakeview St., Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a December 23 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery, brought by criminal complaint.
Jonathan P. Porter, Jr., 25, of 78 Beacon Hill Road, West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 4 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield State University police.
Robert J. Dunn, 31, of 1778 Corley St., Biloxi, Miss., was fined $100 for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Russell State Police.
Jose Vargas, 51, of 44 Mechanic St., was placed on 90 days probation suspended till June 16, 2016 and ordered to pay $10 in restitution after pleading guilty to larceny from building, amended to larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Guillermina Vega, 44, of 44 Mechanic St., had charges of larceny from building, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Benjamin M. Stiles, 31, of 386 Hillside Road, was fined $100 for marked lanes violation and had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Artur P. Lesnioswski, 25, of 106 Feeding Hills Road, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 27 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Ricardo R. Torres, 44, of 105 Union St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield police, dismissed upon payment of $50.
