John C. Reed, 49, of 579 Barry St., Feeding Hills, was placed on 90-days probation after charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $200 and had the following charges, brought by Southwick police, dismissed: operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended and uninsured motor vehicle.
Chelsea R. Yothers, 24, of 12 Carlton St., Holyoke, was placed on one year probation, fined $707 and received a 45-day loss of license after charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor were continued without finding, had charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed and was found not responsible for motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Russell State Police.
Scott Marek, 55, 51 Kimberly Dr., Enfield, Conn., released in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a February 12 hearing after being arraigned on six counts of larceny over $250 and released in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a February 12 hearing after being arraigned on nine counts of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield police.
Marc Winston, 20, of 40 Cambridge St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 12 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended and speeding, brought by Westfield police.
James P. Kosko, 36, of 24 Cleveland Ave., was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail pending a January 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme, felony breaking and entering vehicle/boat nighttime and eight counts of improper use of credit card under $250, brought by Westfield police.
