Samantha L. Hoynoski, 24, of 45 Pleasant St., had charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended continued without finding to be dismissed upon payment of $100, brought by Westfield police.
Allan K. Margraf, 57, of 52 Middlefield Road, Chester, was placed on one-year probation after charges of possession of a Class A drug were continued without finding, brought by Russell State Police.
Frances A. Margraf, 50, of 52 Middlefield Road, Chester, was placed on one-year probation after charges of possession of a Class A drug were continued without finding, was placed on a concurrent 90-days probation after charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle were continued without finding and was found not responsible for number plate violation, brought by Russell State Police.
