Sean A. Carter, 32, of 6 Paper St., was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 21 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery on family/household member, brought by Westfield police.
Elon S. Diaz, 28, of 47 Longview St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a January 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of speeding in violation of special regulation and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, brought by Westfield State Police.
