Laurel Carman, 62, of 47 Feeding Hills Road, Southwick, was placed on one-year probation and ordered to pay $1,026 in restitution after charges of assault and battery were continued without finding and had charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, brought by Southwick police, dismissed.
Christian Soto, 30, of 14 Stuart Circle, was held in lieu of $500 cash pending a January 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of two counts of violating an abuse prevention order, malicious destruction of property under $250, felony breaking and entering vehicle/boat daytime and larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Roy J. Santos, 44, of 203 Dayton St., Chicopee, was released on his personal recognizance pending a February 25 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 by single scheme and larceny from a building, brought by Westfield State College police.
Adam Wilson, 39, of 374 Bullet Hole Road, Patterson, New York, was released in lieu of $500 cash bail pending a February 29 hearing after being arraigned on charges of assault and battery and strangulation or suffocation, brought by Southwick police.
Nikolaos D. Panteleakis, 21, of 86 Forest Ridge Road, West Springfield, had charges of malicious damage to a motor vehicle dismissed upon payment of $558 in restitution, brought by Westfield police.
Albert M. Maimone, 36, of 30 Taylor Ave., received 90-days probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding and was found responsible for charges of motor vehicle lights violation, brought by Westfield police.
