Kristen M. Russell, 42 of 438 Springfield St., Agawam, was released in lieu of $200 cash bail pending a February 22 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 and possession of heroin, brought by Westfield police.
Luciano E. Santana, 20, of 40 Parkwood St., Springfield, was placed on six months probation after charges of assault and battery on a family/household member were continued without finding and had charges of unarmed robbery, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
