Timothy J. Tracy, 52, of 18 Shore Road, Southwick, had charges of assault and battery on family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and strangulation and suffocation, brought by Southwick police, dismissed when victim failed to appear, and had separate charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime, strangulation and suffocation, kidnapping, witness/juror/police/court official intimidation and assault and battery, brought by Southwick police, dismissed when victim failed to appear.
Joshua R. Miner, 36 of 43 Harvard St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance, pending a February 24 hearing, after being arraigned on charges of shoplifting by price tag tampering, three counts of shoplifting by asportation brought by Westfield police.
Charles Lapenna, 63, of 334 Sandy Brook Road, Colebrook, Conn., was released in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a March 16 hearing, after being arraigned on charges of carrying a firearm without a license and carrying a firearm without a FID card, brought by Russell State Police.
Luke H. Hardy, 53, of 95. N. Westfield St., Feeding Hills, was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail pending a February 10 hearing after being arraigned on malicious damage to motor vehicle, brought by Westfield police.
