8:50 a.m.: medical emergency, St. Paul St., 22-year-old woman found convulsing and unconscious, CRP started, patient transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
11:59 a.m.: accident, 7 Adams St., employee from DPW reported that one of his drivers had a car back into his truck, the other driver got out of his/her car, looked at his/her vehicle and then drove away;
12:50 p.m.: school investigation, Westfield Technical Academy lower campus, 33 Smith Ave., investigated/report taken;
1:46 p.m.: road rage, Cumberland Farms, 1134 Southampton Road, caller/driver in a 2007 Chevy reported that a vehicle cut him off, then allegedly he started tailgating the other vehicle (a 2009 Ford Focus), and then the driver of the Focus threw a rock at the Chevy’s back window smashing the window, the victim followed the offending vehicle onto the Mass. Pike and gave police the license plate number;
4:15 p.m.: accident, 152 Montgomery Road at 30 Massey St., 2002 Volkswagen Passat, 2006 Dodge Stratus (towed) and 2005 Honda Pilot, allegedly the Stratus struck the Passat and Pilot at separate locations and fled the scene each time and left the vehicle’s license plate behind after one of the collisions;
10:41 p.m.: medical emergency, Jefferson Street, 24-year-old woman having seizures possibly from a heroin overdose, she was taken to Baystate Noble Hospital.
