1:19 a.m.: accident, Whip City Pub, 287 N. Elm St., 2004 Lexus (towed) struck the curb near the bridge, no injuries;
2:08 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Great River Bridge northbound, Union Avenue, Conor T. Brennan, 35, of 56 Fairview St., S. Hadley, arrested on charges of lights violation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle;
2:30 a.m.: medical emergency, Edgewood Apartments, 134 Union St., 28-year-old man with difficulty breathing and purple lips, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
5:37 a.m.: accident, 28 Shepard St., vehicle struck building, building inspector not needed as there is minor damage to stairs only, one vehicle towed, no injuries;
5:48 a.m.: accident, Shepard Street, ambulance responding to earlier call struck a cruiser, no injuries, no tows;
9:26 a.m.: motor vehicle violation, Westbound Court Street, vehicle operator cited for expired inspection sticker;
1:46 p.m.: medical emergency, Whip City Music 126 Elm S., 30-year-old man found unresponsive in the bathroom, CPR instructions given, transported to Baystate Noble Hospital;
4:50 p.m.: accident, Elm Street at Orange Street, two vehicles towed, no injuries;
5:44 p.m.: accident, 139 Springdale Road at 198 Holyoke Road, two vehicles towed, no injuries;
6:48 p.m.: motor vehicle theft of plate, Pochassic Road, both license plates missing from resident’s vehicle;
7:10 p.m.: accident, 11 Union St. At 2 Union Ave., Yuri Ratushev, 52 of 126 Union St., arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, leaving the scene of property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, after striking and knocking over a traffic signal and running from the scene.
