WESTFIELD; Florence (Florek) Dale, 75, died Monday, February 15, 2016 in Noble Hospital. She was born in Westfield on August 19, 1940 to the late Adolph and Susan (Burgielewicz) Florek. She was a lifelong resident of Westfield, attended local schools and was a graduate of Westfield High School. Florence worked for Stanley Home Products for many years and later for Mercy Hospital. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Florence leaves her sons Kevin Dale and his wife Lourdes of Hartford, CT and Shawn Dale and his wife Tracy of Southampton, her grandchildren Sarah, Kyle, Caitlin and Breanna Dale, her sister Alice Branigan of Southwick. She also leaves her friend and companion Everett Bacon of Westfield. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday February 17th at the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield from 4-7 p.m. The funeral and burial will be private.
