Pilar Maldonado, 28, of 912 Dwight St., Holyoke, was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 20 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Viola Martin, 62, of 81 Conservation Road, Suffield, Conn., was released on her personal recognizance pending a May 5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and marked lanes violation, brought by Southwick police.
Juan C. Martinez, 24, of 722 Chicopee St., Chicopee, was placed on six-months probation after charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended were continued without finding, brought by Russell State Police.
Ian M. Parent, 29, of no known address, was sentenced to 30 days in the House of Correction suspended for one year with probation till March 28, 2017 after pleading guilty to trespass and was sentenced to six months in the House of Correction suspended with conditional probation till March 28, 2017 after pleading guilty to charges of possessing a Class A drug, brought by Westfield police.
Matthew D. York, 44, 185 Huntington Road, Russell, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, brought by Russell State Police.
Richard L. Vaughan, 32, 9 Morris Ave., was released on his personal recognizance pending a June 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of not having an inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, brought by Westfield police.
Risan Umarov, 25, of 1009 Main St., West Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending a May 20 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250 brought by Westfield police.
