12:04 a.m.: accident, 34-38 N. Elm St., caller reported a tractor trailer struck and knocked down a traffic light in front of this location, truck could not be located;
3:01 p.m.: accident, 224 Elm St., 2005 Chevy and 1988 Chevy, no injuries, no tows;
3:39 p.m.: larceny, E. Silver Street, party reported fraudulent activity to a Netflix account;
3:39 p.m.: burglary/breaking & entering, Orange Street, caller reported finding the hatchway to his basement open but is unsure whether anyone broke in;
3:43 p.m.: burglary/breaking & entering, Millennium Power Services, 80 Main Line Drive, caller reported someone broke in overnight and items are missing;
3:49 p.m.: accident, 206 Western Ave. at 14 Kensington Ave., 2015 Subaru and 2003 Honda, no injuries, no tows;
7:06 p.m.: larceny, Westfield Police Department, 15 Washington St., party reported her wallet was stolen;
7:41 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, West Springfield line, Springfield Road, Ricardo R. Torres, 44, of 105 Union St., arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor second offense, negligent operation of motor vehicle, not having inspection sticker, marked lanes violation and possessing open container of alcohol in motor vehicle;
7:46 p.m.: motor vehicle violation, 91 Franklin St., Richard JE. Arnold, 26, of 65 Hall St., North Adams, arrested on an outstanding warrant and possessing a Class A drug;
8:50 p.m.: larceny, Molt’s Discount Liquors, 71 Franklin St., caller reported that a man stole two bottles of vodka and ran out of the store;
11:13 p.m.: traffic or motor vehicle complaint, 1026 Southampton Road at 160 Falcon Drive, David M. Bettro, 32, of 66 Matoon St., Springfield, arrested on charges of possessing Class A drug, two counts resisting arrest and two counts assault & battery on police officer.
