George H. Terrell, 49, of 97 Elm St., was held on $100 cash bail pending a June 8 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny under $250, brought by Westfield police.
Jj Sheomangal, 23, of 103-26 124th St., South Richmond Hill, New York, was placed on three months pretrial probation for charges of utter counterfeit note and larceny under $250 by false pretense, brought by Westfield police.
Eric J. Lemire, 44, of 41 Noble Ave., was sentenced to 18 months in the house of correction with credit for time served from November 11 after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery and was placed on probation till November 5, 2018 after pleading guilty to assault and battery, brought by Westfield police.
Zachary R. Edwards, 23, of 16 Jefferson St., was placed on one year probation after charges of assault & battery on family/household member were continued without finding and had charges of strangulation or suffocation, brought by Westfield police, dismissed.
Tristen Pearson, 21, of 221 Bay St., Springfield, was sentenced to three months in the house of correction with credit for time served from February 18 after pleading guilty to charges of distribution of Class D drug, brought by Westfield police.
Shannon Lea, 31, of 7 Carpenter Ave., was released in lieu of $5,000 personal surety pending a July 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of reckless endangerment of child, brought by Westfield police.
