Christopher F. Mccracken, 28, of 21 East Bartlett St., Westfield, was released on $200 cash bail pending a Sept. 1 hearing after being arraigned on two counts of breaking and entering misdemeanor, two counts of larceny under $250 and possession of motor vehicle with defaced VIN, brought by the Westfield Police.
