WESTFIELD – The City of Westfield Engineering Department is informing residents along North Elm Street and Notre Dame that on Wednesday July 20, 2016, the contractor will be milling the pavement in preparation of paving. The Contractor will start the milling on lower Notre Dame first, then will move to North Elm and anticipates this will take three days total. Road closings should be expected. North and South bound traffic on N. Elm St will be maintained, but restricted with brief disruptions. We encourage travelers to seek alternate routes.
