Andrew C. Stenico, 23, of 15 Old Main Road, Montgomery, was released on pretrial conditions pending a Sept. 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of larceny over $250, brought by the Russell State Police.
Brandy M. Champiney, 36, of 868 Southampton Road, Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 28 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense, brought by the Westfield Police.
Christopher M. Lopez, 29, of 746 State St., Springfield, was released on personal recognizance pending an Aug. 24 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation, second offense, brought by the Westfield Police.
Brandon L. White, 23, of 734 Western Ave., Westfield, was held in lieu of $100 bail pending an Aug. 9 hearing after being arraigned on charges of $250 or more of malicious destruction of property, larceny over $250, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, brought by the Westfield Police.
Antonio Gonzales, 35, of 181 Main St., Westfield, was released on personal recognizance pending an Oct. 13 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended and leaving the scene of property damage, brought by the Westfield Police.
Amy Savoy, 33, of 87 Meadow St., Westfield, was held in lieu of $100 bail pending an Aug. 11 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of shoplifting by asportation, brought by the Westfield Police.
