Tamara A. Kvarnstrom, 22, of 22 Briarwood Pl., Westfield, was released on $1,000 personal surety pending a Sept. 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, possession of heroin and reckless endangerment of a child, brought by the Westfield Police.
Miles A. Burns, III, 31, of 22 Briarwood Pl., Westfield, was released on $2,500 personal surety pending a Sept. 28 hearing after being arraigned on charges of larceny over $250, receiving stolen property and possession of class A substance, heroin, brought by the Westfield Police.
Chelsea Henry, 23, of 84 Valley View Dr., Russell, was released on personal recognizance pending a Sept. 16 hearing after being arraigned on charges of receiving a lost credit card, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and threatening to commit a crime, brought by the Russell State Police.
