WESTFIELD – The City of Westfield Engineering Department would like to inform residents along North Elm Street and Notre Dame Street that on Thursday August 4, 2016, construction work will likely restrict traffic to one lane in each direction along N. Elm St. for most of the day. The work will be primarily on the western side of N. Elm St., just north of the intersection, as well as along the middle of N. Elm St. heading South. Slow traffic and possible delays should be expected. North and South bound traffic on N. Elm St will be maintained, but restricted with brief disruptions.
