Yuriy Tikhonchuk, 26, of 35 New Broadway, Westfield, was released in lieu of $100 bail pending a Nov. 3 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operator sending or reading electronic messages, operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended and both class A and class B drug possession, brought by Westfield Police.
