Southwick – Barbara “Bobbi” G. Nilsen, 55, (1961 – 2016) of Southwick passed away peacefully Wednesday August 31st at Holston Valley Medical Center. Born in Phoenix, Arizona on March 12, 1961, she was the daughter of Robert and Bernice (Robillard) Gould. She lived most of her life in western Massachusetts and was a 1979 graduate of Southwick Regional School. She worked as a receptionist at Ross Insurance Agency in Holyoke for many years. Barbara’s life revolved around the church, her daughters, and her beloved Patriots. She leaves behind her loving daughters Kimberlee and Robin Delcamp of Westfield; a brother Timothy Gould and his wife Linda of Longmeadow; two sisters Susan Rogalski and her husband Wayne of Bradford, Maine; and Kathryn King of Agawam, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her mother, Bernice and two brothers, Peter and Robert “Ken”. In her last few years, she resided in Rogersville, TN with Martin Pope. Family and friends are invited to meet at Bethany Assembly of God in Agawam, MA on Saturday, September 17th at 10:00am for a celebration of her life.
