12:43 a.m.: Motor vehicle violation and arrest, Main Street. Police initially stopped a vehicle after they noticed that it had an expired inspection sticker. After running the driver’s information it was found that Dykwan JM Hall, 23, of Springfield, also had a revoked license, as well as not having any license in his possession. Police arrested Hall and charged him with license revoked due to non-paying child support, no inspection/sticker and license not in possession.
9:16 a.m.: Illegal trash disposal, East Main Street. Police received a report of illegal dumping at one of the businesses on East Main Street. According to police, there were old windows found at the business that were left there. Police were still investigating at the time of the report.
5:50 p.m.: Suspicious person, Orange Street and Sackett Street. Police received a report from a pedestrian who was walking with his girlfriend along the bike trail and a group of five teenagers began to throw rocks at them and threatened them. Police arrived and an arrest was made of a juvenile, with the ID redacted due to age.
