Westfield-Lillian M. (Sheridan) Thomas, 84, died Tuesday, September 27, 2016 in Greenfield. She was born on November 24, 1931 to the late Frederick and Lillian (Slater) Sheridan. She grew up in West Springfield attended local schools and was a graduate West Springfield High School. She moved to Westfield in 1964. She was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Church in Westfield. Lillian enjoyed spending time with family and had many fond memories with her sister Rita and niece Geri. She loved her Pekingese dogs and enjoyed her time in her yard feeding the birds and squirrels. She was pre-deceased by her husband James in 2009. She leaves her sons Brian Thomas and his wife Sandra and their children Nicholas and Dylan of Shrewsbury, VT and Kevin Thomas of West Springfield. She also leaves her sister Rita Coffey of West Springfield, her godchild Holly, her close friend Judy Wells and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her siblings Francis, Fred, and Edward Sheridan and Eleanor Larivee.
Calling hours will be held on Friday September 30th from 10-12 noon from the Firtion-Adams Funeral Service, 76 Broad Street, Westfield. A service will be held at noon. Burial will be private. Donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Firtionadams.com
