7:07 a.m.: Breaking and entering, St. John’s Lutheran Church, Broad Street. Police received a report that a local church was broken into. Police reported forcible entry into the church, but did not report anything stolen initially. Police had no further information at the time of the report.
2:44 p.m.: Fraud, walk-in. Police received a walk-in report of a person who reported that their debit card was accessed by an unknown person. Police were not able to provide a total amount stolen or suspects.
5:23 p.m.: Accident, Myrtle Avenue and West Silver Street. Police received a report of a two-car accident involving a 2005 Honda Santa Fe and a 2015 Subaru WRX. Police reported that one of the operators of one of the vehicles passed out while driving, which caused them to drift into the other lane and cause the collision, which was head-on. Police reported that the operator and the passenger of the vehicle that drifted were transported to Baystate Noble Hospital by Westfield Fire paramedics.
