Cheryl M. Engel, 63, of 142 College Highway, Southwick, was released on her personal recognizance pending a Jan. 6 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating under the influence of liquor–subsequent offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and state highway traffic violation, brought by Southwick Police.
Stephen C. Pease, 31, of 5C Maplecrest Cir., Holyoke, received a six-month sentence to House of Corrections after pleading guilty to a charge of larceny over $250, brought by Westfield Police.
Scott F. Hutchinson, 38, of 128 Point Grove Road, Southwick, was released on his personal recognizance pending a Jan.5 hearing after being arraigned on charges of a marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor–second offense and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Southwick Police.
