1:29 p.m.: Larceny, Pequot Point Road. Police received a report from a resident who claimed that someone had entered their home and had stolen a generator. The generator was valued at between $600 and $700. There was no obvious forced entry. Police had no suspects at the time of the report.
2:25 p.m.: Accident, Springfield Road. Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident involving a 1997 Jeep Wrangler and a 2009 Honda Odyssey. Police reported that there was an injury at the scene, which Westfield Fire paramedics had transported to Baystate Noble Hospital.
3:22 p.m.: Motor vehicle theft, Phillip Avenue. Police received a report of a 2006 Pontiac Gran Prix that was stolen. Police did not have a timeframe, witnesses or suspects for the theft. It was noticed by a family member of the victim when they came to visit the victim’s home.
9:50 p.m.: Burglary and breaking and entering, Emery Street. Police received a report of a burglary that reportedly happened at an apartment on Emery Street. Police received a report of a window air conditioning unit that was moved from the window and rent money that was stolen, as well as some personal electronics. Police were given suspects and are currently investigating.
