Kimya R. Thompson, 24, of 23 Ambrose St., Springfield, was released on her personal recognizance pending a March 22 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of juror failing to attend.
Randal J. Yarmesky, 39, of 122 Huntington Road, Russell, received one year probation after pleading guilty to reckless endangerment of a child, while a charge of walking or riding on a railroad track, brought by Amtrak Police, was dismissed. Yarmesky also had charges of trespassing, trespassing with a motor vehicle and larceny over $250 dismissed the same day, that were part of a separate case brought by Westfield Police.
Dean J. Pouliot, 36, of 22 Rosedell Dr., Westfield, had three charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, one charge of reckless endangerment of a child, two charges of assault and battery, two charges of intimidating a witness, juror, police or court official and one charge of threat to commit crime dismissed, brought by Westfield Police.
Sergio M. Cozzaglio, 23, of 6 St. Paul St., Westfield, had two charges of assault and battery dismissed upon the request of the defendant, brought by Westfield Police.
Joseph T. Vyce, 18, of 389 Route 20, Chester, had two charges of assault and battery and two charges of assault with a dangerous weapon dismissed upon the request of the defendant.
Jeffrey J. Newsome, 27, of 24 Quinn Dr., Holyoke, received a 60-day sentence to House of Corrections suspended with probation for six months after pleading guilty to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license—subsequent offense, brought by Westfield Police.
Patrick Cristina, 19, of 22 Pearl St., Westfield, had a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon dismissed upon the request of the defendant, brought by Westfield Police.
Cassidy D. Turenne, 21, of 15 Pineywood Road, Southwick, had two charges of assault and battery dismissed upon the request of the defendant.
