George H. Thomas, 37, of Holyoke, was held in lieu of $100 cash bail pending a March 27 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of receiving stolen property, brought by Westfield Police.
Oleg F. Kostyushko, 29, of 33 Russellville Road, Westfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 28 hearing after being arraigned on a charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, brought by Westfield Police.
Charles A. Singleton, III, 28, of 17 Fernwood St., Springfield, was released on his personal recognizance pending an April 19 hearing after being arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended and operating a motor vehicle with a registration suspended, brought by Russell State Police.
John S. Decker, 24, of 40 Mechanic St., Westfield, had charges of assault and battery on family/household member and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official dismissed upon the request of the victim and failure to prosecute, charges originally brought by Westfield Police, and had charges of operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed nolle prosequi, charges originally brought by Westfield State University Police, and violating an abuse prevention order dismissed nolle prosequi, charge originally brought by Agawam Police.
