What the hell? It’s 10 o’clock at night 30 degrees outside with a foot of snow on the ground and these idiots (WSU) have the lights blazing. Well at least no one is going to break in the house. The yard is lit up. Keep sending those tax payments! Looks like the college doesn’t mind pissing away the taxpayers money.
